Catherine Webb is an enterprise transformation and PMO leader with deep experience in regulated financial services, transformation governance, regulatory remediation, technology resiliency, enterprise change management, executive reporting, and complex cross-functional delivery. She founded NovaGrace to help executive sponsors convert complex strategies into governed, measurable execution. Her applied AI security and governance training strengthens NovaGrace’s ability to assess whether AI initiatives have the ownership, controls, evidence, monitoring, and executive accountability required to scale responsibly.
